Patrick Family Chem-Dry is growing and we are looking for motivated individuals! We are seeking technicians who are career-minded, eager to learn, and advance in our growing company. We are a family run business and we are looking for someone to grow with us.
We provide on-the-job training as well as our 5-star online certification program and IIRCR classes. We need technicians who are ready to watch their careers rapidly develop.
This is a very physical job and must be able to bend, lift, etc. You will be doing a variety of tasks starting as a helper.
Tasks include:
Loading work vehicles with equipment and supplies as needed. Start and end of the day processes including equipment cleaning and mixing up of solutions etc.
Assist technicians with each job including vacuuming, water extraction, cleaning of baseboards, grooming of carpets etc. The goal is to be able to perform all the functions of a carpet cleaning technician independently.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
You must be willing to work 5 days a week and every other Saturday. On call hours are available at a bonus rate.
With our performance-based pay, you can expect to earn $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 in yearly income, once trained.
The training period has a guaranteed hourly rate of $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
· Experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration helpful but not required
· Must be able to communicate with customers – strong verbal communications skills as must – sales experience helpful
· Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds and lift up to 100 with assistance.
· Must have computer skills
· Must be goal oriented
· Valid driver license and clean driving record
